दिल्ली, एनसीआर संवाददाता (ओ पी श्रीवास्तव)। गौतमबुद्ध नगर में आबकारी अधिकारी सुबोध कुमार श्रीवास्तव नेतृत्व में आबकारी विभाग के द्वारा अवैध शराब की बिक्री एवं परिवहन पर पूर्णतः अंकुश लगाने के लिए चलाये जा रहे विशेष प्रवर्तन अभियान के क्रम में रविवार की रात में आबकारी निरीक्षक क्षेत्र 2 रवि जायसवाल व आबकारी निरीक्षक क्षेत्र 01 गौरव चंद ने स्टाफ़ एवम् थाना सेक्टर 113 की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा चेकिंग किया गया।

आबकारी अधिकारी ने बताया कि एक रेस्टोरेंट से चेकिंग के दौरान रॉक फोर्ड ब्रांड, ओल्ड मॉन्क ब्रांड एवं ओक एंड ग्लो ब्रांड की तीन भरी बोतले एवं चार खाली बोतले बरामद हुई। उन्होंने बताया कि सोरखा सेक्टर 113 से बिना एफ० एल० 11 लाइसेंस के शराब परोसने पर एक रेस्तरां से अभियुक्त अश्विन मिश्रा पुत्र दीनानाथ मिश्रा के विरुद्ध आबकारी अधिनयम के अन्तर्गत थाना सेक्टर 113 में अभियोग पंजीकृत कर जेल भेजने की कार्यवाही को सुनिश्चित किया गया।

आबकारी अधिकारी ने आम लोगों से अपील की है कि अधिकृत बार या रेस्टोरेंट अथवा दुकान व ठेके से ही निर्धारित दरों पर शराब खरीदने का प्रयास करें। क्योंकि अधिकृत दुकान के अलावा कहीं अन्यत्र से खरीदा गया शराब जहरीली हो सकती है। इसके अतिरिक्त यदि कोई दुकानदार निर्धारित कीमत से अधिक मूल्य वसूलता है तो तत्काल इसकी सूचना आबकारी विभाग अथवा पुलिस को दे। शिकायतकर्ता का नाम व पता गोपनीय रखकर निश्चित ही कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

In Gautam Buddha Nagar, under the leadership of Excise Officer Subodh Kumar Srivastava, the Excise Department is running a special enforcement campaign to completely curb the sale and transportation of illegal liquor. On Sunday night, Excise Inspector Area 2 Ravi Jaiswal and Excise Inspector Area 01 Gaurav Chand conducted checking by a joint team of staff and Sector 113 Police Station.

The Excise Officer said that during checking from a restaurant, three full bottles and four empty bottles of Rock Ford brand, Old Monk brand and Oak & Glow brand were recovered. He said that a case was registered against accused Ashwin Mishra son of Dinanath Mishra from a restaurant from Sorkha Sector 113 under the Excise Act and action was taken to send him to jail.

The Excise Officer has appealed to the general public to try to buy liquor at the prescribed rates only from authorized bars or restaurants or shops and contracts. Because liquor bought from anywhere other than the authorized shop can be poisonous. Apart from this, if any shopkeeper charges more than the prescribed price, then immediately inform the Excise Department or the Police. Legal action will definitely be taken by keeping the name and address of the complainant confidential.
